Managing Themes

The Theme Management feature allows organizations with multiple custom themes to easily edit and assign themes to specific domains.

This feature currently exists for customers with multiple themes. Request a custom theme for specific domains in your organization. 

Editing Themes

You can edit a custom theme from two locations: 1) Themes and 2) Domains & Publishing

 

Add New Theme

The Add New Theme button is available if your organization has access to multiple themes. Administrators can create a new theme template and then assign the new theme in Domains & Publishing. If this button does not appear for your organization, request a custom theme for specific domains.

  1. Navigate Themes
  2. Select "Add new theme"

  3. Enter a Theme name. Change and update theming options (e.g. page details, logo, global head code snippets, email settings, etc.)

  4. Click "Save and continue editing" or "Save" to create the new theme.
  5. Next, assign the new theme to a domain under the Domains & Publishing feature. 

 

Assign or Change a Theme for a Domain

Administrators can assign or change the theme for a domain if multiple themes exist. 

  1. Navigate to Domains & Publishing
  2. Select the edit icon under Domain Settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Domains & Publishing page for that domain.

  5. Select "Set Theme" to assign a theme to your domain. set-theme.png
