Students can use the "My Profile" page to update their personal information, such as their contact details, password, profile image, and course enrollments, as well as view their badges and certificates.
To access the Student Profile Page, select the avatar icon in the top right of your screen and then My Profile:
- Note: If your "My Profile" page still appears as accounts.skilljar.com, and you'd prefer to use your custom domain address, please reach out to our Customer Success team.
On the Student Profile page, your students can:
- View/update their contact details** (first/last name & email)
- Update their password**
- View/update their profile image
- View which Plans, Paths, and Courses they have Enrolled in.
- This shows them any relevant offer Expiration Dates, Completion Statuses & Completion Dates.
- They can also choose to opt-in or opt-out of course notification emails.
- View and download Certificates, as well as add them to their LinkedIn profile (if applicable).
- If you have Badging enabled via the Credly integration, your students can view and accept any badges earned under the "My Badges" section.
**Note - if using SSO Authentication, your students will not be able to update this information. It will need to be updated via your identity provider (IdP).
