Add an Access Message on Login Screen

Add an access message to your training site's access/login screen, such as a welcome message, instructions, or GDPR information, which will greet learners when they log in with their email and password. 

The access message can include any information of your choosing and can also be formatted to include links and images.

Adding an Access Message

  1. Go to your Skilljar Dashboard, and select Domains & Publishing, or expand the Domains & Publishing header, and select Domains to open the Domains page.
  2. Find the domain you want to edit and select Domain Settings.

  3. Scroll down to Access. 
  4. Use the Access message box to add your message information and include any optional formatting.

  5. When you're finished, select Save Access Settings

Your message will now display for learners on the login page.
