You can choose to turn off Live Training confirmation emails. This may be useful when you are adding students to a live event after the fact (either manually or by bulk), and would like to avoid sending your students unnecessary emails.
Please note that Live Training confirmation emails are separate from the Course Registration emails. The Live Training confirmation emails are specific to the registration at the live training event level, while the Course Registration emails are specific to the registration at the course level. These email notifications are managed separately.
This feature lives in the Course Management section of the dashboard. To access it:
1) Navigate to the course the event is located in and expand the 'Settings' column:
2) Uncheck 'Email Student On Registration And Event Updates.'
3) Click 'Save Lesson' to commit changes.
