Frequently asked questions
I get an error message when I try to upload my CSV. How do I successfully upload my CSV?
For successful upload, the file needs to be saved as a comma-separated file (.csv). The file type .csv is used interchangeably for comma-separated files and comma-delimited files, so ensure you’re choosing the correct type when saving your file: comma-separated file. On a PC, comma-separated files are denoted as CSV (Macintosh).
I marked a student as attended by accident, and I want to revert this status. How do I do this?
You can download the CSV for the event, then update the attended_Y_N cell, then upload the CSV.:
- For past events, you need to set the attended_Y_N status as either Y or N, not blank.
- For future events, you can set the attended_Y_N status as Y, N, or blank, to indicate that the event has not yet occurred.
