After hosting a live training event via Skilljar, you can add scores, update the success status, and mark attendance for each of your students one-by-by-one or via a bulk upload in Live Training.

You can also click on a student name to be redirected to their Student page for easy access to their signup information, domain membership, and enrollment data.

Frequently asked questions

I get an error message when I try to upload my CSV. How do I successfully upload my CSV?

For successful upload, the file needs to be saved as a comma-separated file (.csv). The file type .csv is used interchangeably for comma-separated files and comma-delimited files, so ensure you’re choosing the correct type when saving your file: comma-separated file. On a PC, comma-separated files are denoted as CSV (Macintosh).

I marked a student as attended by accident, and I want to revert this status. How do I do this?

You can download the CSV for the event, then update the attended_Y_N cell, then upload the CSV.:

  • For past events, you need to set the attended_Y_N status as either Y or N, not blank.
  • For future events, you can set the attended_Y_N status as Y, N, or blank, to indicate that the event has not yet occurred.
