Find a quiz you created in Skilljar
To find a quiz you've created in Skilljar, open your Skilljar dashboard, expand the Course Management header, and select Quizzes. This will take you to the Quizzes page, including a list of the quizzes you have created.
You can choose how many quizzes you want to display on the list from the dropdown menu at the bottom of the table - 10, 25, 50, or 100 items per page. By default, up to 100 quizzes will display on each page. If you have more than 100 quizzes, you can select the page arrows at the bottom of the table to move between pages.
You can filter your quizzes list by if they're used in every course or not. Select the Used in Course dropdown on the top left-hand side of the list, choose yes or no, and then select Apply.
You can also use the search bar or reorder a column in the Quizzes table.
Use the search bar
To use the search bar to find your quizzes, open the "Quizzes" page, type a keyword in the search bar on the right, and select Go or press “Enter” on your keyboard.
Quiz titles matching the keyword will populate in the Quizzes table.

Important note regarding editing existing quizzes:
When you edit a quiz that is live in a published course, most actions will not invalidate any progress for learners who have already taken or are currently taking the quiz. However, there are some circumstances where a student may have to restart or cause other issues. Please make sure no learners are actively taking the quiz before doing the following edits to a live quiz:
- Deleting a question.
- Changing grading from automatic to manual or manual to automatic.
- Deleting a question bank.
- Adding or deleting an answer.
- Changing an answer to correct or incorrect
- Changing the case sensitivity.
If this occurs a student is in the process of taking the quiz, they will receive a message that the quiz has been modified since they started taking it and they will be presented the opportunity to start the quiz over (see image below).
