You can now add a branded logo image to your emails that are sent from Skilljar to help your students know that these emails were generated by their actions on your training site. You can add a custom image, and change the background color of the emails sent to your students as a part of this customization feature.
Adding a Logo Image to your Theming Email Settings
To add a logo image to your emails which are sent from Skilljar, you will first need an image that is a maximum of 800px wide and 200px high, and in JPEG or PNG format.
- Navigate to your Theming Section of your dashboard
- Expand the Email Settings of your site's theme
- Click Add Logo Image and upload your Branded Image:
- If your image is too big, then there will be an error on the screen and you can upload a smaller version.
- If your image is too big, then there will be an error on the screen and you can upload a smaller version.
- Save your theme
Updating the Background Color of your Branded Emails
Updating the Background color can be set in the same area of your theme as the Custom Logo Image.
- Navigate to your Theming Section of your dashboard
- Expand the Email Settings of your site's theme
- Click in the box for "Background Color" and input the Hex Code or select the color that you want as the background of the theme emails.
- Save your theme
How Emails will look to your Students
Customized emails will now include the logo and background color that you set for all emails generated by Skilljar.
