Quick Tips: Customizing Skilljar Emails to Match Your Brand and Tone

  • Updated

By now you may know that you can edit the default look and feel of your Skilljar emails by adding a custom logo and background color in Theming.

With the release of the Course Action Tab, you can automate and customize your Registration, Completion, and Engagement email messaging even further.

You can also plug in Email Customization Variables to the body of your email to populate basic information such as Student Name, Course Title, and Student Course Progress.

But what does it all look like when compiled together? Below are a few examples of how you can customize your emails to match your brand in terms of look, feel, and tone (be it polished or quirky).

Custom Registration Emails

Aside from just using this as a registration notice, include information about the course expiration timeframes, prerequisites, upcoming ILT events, etc.
