Use of this feature requires the use of Training Credits and Groups. For more information, please see the relevant support article for each.
Overview
The Training Credit Report allows select students to track the usage and status of Training Credits assigned to a particular group. This report makes it easy for your customers and partners to understand how their pool of training credits is being spent, without having to provide Dashboard access.
Note: Training Credits that have been set to allow "All future and existing groups" to be able to use the credit will NOT display in the report. Additionally, credits will not display in the Active or Expired sections of the report unless they have been used to purchase at least one course and have an expiration date. However, all credits assigned to the viewer's group will display in the balance section.
Accessing the Training Credit Report
For Skilljar Administrators
Skilljar administrators can assign Training Credit Report access by:

Navigating to the Groups page in the Skilljar dashboard.

Selecting the Edit Training Credit Report Access icon for the appropriate Group.
- Selecting the student(s) you want to give access to the report and clicking Save.
For Users Viewing the Report
Users can access the Training Credit Report in the Academy by:

Clicking on their profile bubble in the top-right corner.

Selecting Training Credits from the dropdown menu.
NOTE: this is not accessible from the "My Profile" page.
Report Details and Filters
The Training Credit Report includes the following sections:

Balance Section – Displays the current balance of all Training Credits assigned to the selected group.

Active and Expired Sections – Show the status of used credits, as well as who has used them. Only credits that have been used to purchase a course will appear here. Credits used for paths or plans will not be displayed.
